We only ship to Canadian addresses. Locations that are isolated islands and or northern remote destinations we may not be able to ship to and reserve the right to refund your order.
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days upon receiving your order hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Orders are shipped mainly via Canada Post. Some orders may be shipped by courier
We ship anywhere in Canada. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Maol Grooming only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
If an item goes on back order we will contact you. When the item becomes available we will ship you the full order.
Our refund policy is 15 Days.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
It is Maol Grooming‘s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit/debit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
